Dr. Bipul is one of the finest Santoor exponents of the India. He is Disciple of Santoor Maestro Padmashri Pt Bhajan Sopori, Dr. Bipul has Master Degree followed by M. Phil. degree in Classical vocal music and Doctorate (Ph.D.) on Santoor from the University of Delhi.He is founder of Raganjali Academy of performing arts, Raganjali is a National trust committed to promoting Indian Classical Music & Dance at the global level. He has represented India as culture ambassador at Egypt, Venezuela, Peru, Russia, China, Thailand, Qatar, Austria, Germany, Switzerland & Sri Lanka.
